How to choose
An outdoor fridge must be rated for outdoor use. A standard indoor fridge in an unheated garden fails within a season because its thermostat cannot cope with cold ambient temperatures and its electrics are not sealed against damp.
It earns its place only in a kitchen that gets used most weeks, keeping drinks and marinading meat by the cooker so you are not walking indoors mid-cook. For occasional use, a good cool box does the same job for a fraction of the money.
