The Coal Rub
An all-purpose salt, pepper and paprika base for beef, pork and chicken.
Low and Slow
A barbecue rub built for long cooks: brown sugar, paprika, garlic and a little heat.
Fire and Smoke
A darker, hotter rub with chipotle and cumin for brisket and short rib.
Mediterranean
Oregano, lemon and garlic for souvla, lamb and halloumi.
How to choose
We are working on a small range of rubs and sauces built around the cooking on this site rather than around a flavour trend: a coarse salt and pepper brisket rub, a Cypriot souvla seasoning, and a vinegar sauce for pulled pork.
Nothing is for sale yet and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Leave an email and we will tell you when it is real.
