The fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything, and corrections in particular are genuinely welcome: if something on this site is wrong, we would rather know.

This is a placeholder mailto link. Swap it for a Web3Forms-backed form once a public access key is available, so submissions land somewhere managed rather than in an inbox scraped by bots.
What we are most useful for
- Corrections. Temperatures, techniques, specifications, anything factual.
- Equipment we have missed, particularly cookers with a real following that the mainstream roundups ignore.
- Recipe requests, especially for cuts and cuisines that get overlooked in charcoal cooking.
What we cannot help with
- Paid placement or sponsored reviews. We do not accept them.
- Warranty and servicing issues, which need to go to the manufacturer.
