How to choose
If you run a gas grill or a gas pizza oven, the fuel side is mostly about the right bottle and a sound regulator. Patio gas propane in the green bottles is the usual choice, and it works in cold weather where butane struggles.
The parts that matter for safety are the regulator and the hose. Both perish and should be checked each season and replaced on sight of cracking. A leak-detection spray is a pound well spent. We are a charcoal site, so this exists to serve the dual-fuel and pizza-oven owners rather than to convert anyone.
