What to know before you buy
Storage splits three ways and each wants opposite conditions. Charcoal wants to be sealed and dry, because damp fuel is hard to light and burns cool. Wood wants airflow and a roof, not a sealed box, or it sweats and rots.
Tools want to be by the cooker and out of the weather, which a weatherproof caddy solves. And cold storage, if you want it outdoors, has to be rated for outdoor use: a standard indoor fridge in an unheated garden fails within a season.
