A steel cylinder that stacks coals vertically over a paper or wood-wool starter, so each coal lights the one above it. A full chimney is ready in twelve to fifteen minutes with no lighter fluid and therefore no chemical taste. It also becomes your unit of measurement: a full chimney is high heat, half a chimney is medium. Buy this before you buy anything else.
